Fort Worth Transportation Authority (FWTA) provides an extensive wellness program for its employees and spouses to encourage and support behavior changes, increase physical, mental, and financial well-being, reduce absenteeism, and increase employee satisfaction and productivity.

FWTA has a 3,000 square foot wellness center on site that is fully equipped (cardiovascular machines, resistance machines, free weights, and separate exercise class room) and is staffed with a full-time Health & Wellness Manager.
